Spreading Wellness at Z.P. School, Kumbhphal: A Valentine’s Day Medical Camp

Overview:
On 14th February, love and care were not only shared through gestures but through healthcare. MAKING THE DIFFERENCE brought a wave of compassion to Z.P. School, Kumbhphal, with a dedicated medical camp focused on tackling childhood anemia. More than just a check-up, it was a day of awareness, healing, and empowerment.


Goals:
MAKING THE DIFFERENCE aims to catch silent illnesses early, spread health education, and ensure every child receives the strength and support to thrive, starting with a well-fed body and a well-informed mind.

• 94 students screened
• 20 students diagnosed with anaemia
• On-the-spot distribution of iron supplements and medications
• CBC blood tests conducted
• Personalized counselling sessions for referred students and guardians


Milestones:
Led by Dr .Shreya Singh, the medical camp turned into a beacon of change. 20 children were not only diagnosed but treated with immediate care. Through CBC testing, counselling, and awareness, the event ignited a conversation about children's health in the community , proving that early action and education can shape stronger futures.
